Pege, Aladár - Aladár Pege Plays Classic & Jazz

The hungarian Doublebassvirtuose Aladar Pege is one of the most expierienced Jazzbassists in the world, and an important contributor to the european musictradition in the modern jazz. He has the ability to play the music of two different kinds, the classic and the jazz. He therefore is comparable with Benny Goodman, a famous Mozart Clarinetplayer, Wynton Marsalis and Friedrich Gulda.
This record is a proof that in music how to play is more important than what to play.
Peges Classic and Jazz interpretation represent simple good music.
